The firm was founded in 1971 by Charles W. Deaner and J. Douglas Deaner. Since that time, the firm has grown to six attorneys with a fully staffed office in Las Vegas, serving Nevada, national and international clients. Charles W. Deaner, the firm's senior partner, has practiced in Las Vegas since 1953, and was elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers in 1981 (the first attorney in Nevada so honored). The firm centers on business clients, particularly in all aspects of real estate law. The firm encourages and supports all partners' and associates' participation in government and civic affairs, as well as bar association and educational activities. The firm is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
